600 mw solar park – digital orchestration of people, processes, and power

Modern plants are high-tech, but the work around them often isn’t: parallel spreadsheets, long email chains, siloed tools, approvals stuck in calendars, and status updates that age the moment they’re sent. For a 600 MW build-out, that means friction—in procurement, HSE, scheduling, QA/QC, grid-connection readiness, and handover to O&M.

We designed and implemented a digital operating system for the project—automation first, workflow by design:

• Process automation: Standardised workflows for RFx → PO → delivery → QA/QC → commissioning, with SLA timers, four-eyes approvals, and audit trails.
• Field to cloud: Mobile apps for time, progress, HSE incidents, punch lists; offline capture, instant sync, geotagging.
• Planning & resources: Integrated Gantt, capacity & shift planning, dependency checks, and critical-path alerts.
• Asset & grid readiness: Structured equipment master, serials & warranties; SCADA/GIS/BIM touchpoints; grid-code checklist and commissioning gates.
• Collaboration hub: Project chat, meeting notes, decisions, and files tied to tasks—not buried in inboxes.
• Security & compliance: ISO-aligned controls, immutable logs, and permissioned “need-to-know” spaces.
